How do I make a sticker?
Import a video or GIF, trim it to a short moment, pick a key frame, and tap Create Live Photo. Then open the Live Photo in Photos, touch and hold the subject until it lifts, and tap Add Sticker. Your animated sticker is ready in Messages, Notes and anywhere else iOS offers stickers.
I don’t see “Add Sticker” when I touch and hold the photo.
Touch and hold on the subject itself, not the background. Clips with one clear subject against a simple background lift most reliably. Turn on Lift at the top of Peel’s trim screen to preview what iOS will cut out before you save.
How long can a clip be?
Live Photos work best at about three seconds. You can trim as short as 0.3 seconds, and longer selections are sped up automatically to fit. For longer clips, switch the output to GIF.
What formats are supported?
Any video in your photo library or Files, plus GIFs. Peel saves Live Photos, and any project can also be exported as a GIF with quality and frame-rate settings.
How do I make a mirrored sticker?
Tap Flip in the crop editor to mirror the clip before you save, or tap Save Mirrored Copy on the success screen (or from a project in History) to make the mirror-image twin of a sticker you already made.
Where are my Live Photos saved?
In your Photos library, in Recents. Peel also keeps your last ten projects in History so you can rename, share, mirror or recreate them.
Does Peel upload my data?
No. Your videos and photos never leave your device. Peel uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-friendly diagnostics, and no personal data is collected.
